A referral is not necessary to request an appointment, but if you do have one from your dentist or doctor, please inform us. You will required to have an OPG (orthopantomogram or panoramic dental x-ray) prior to your appointment.

Please note that this is an enquiry for a booking and not a booking confirmation. You will be contacted with a confirmation of your appointment within 1 working day. 48 hours notice is required to change a confirmed appointment
